  • We ship within the U.S. only.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.

  • All cookies are baked fresh to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days from the date of your order (unless otherwise stated for pre-orders or holiday collections).

📅 Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year’s), please allow 5–7 business days for processing and shipping due to high volume.
We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery for your events or gifts.

BREOU Return & Refund Policy

At BREOU, we take great care in crafting and shipping our gourmet cookies to ensure they arrive fresh, delicious, and beautifully packaged. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something goes wrong with your order due to an error on our part, we will make it right.

⚠️ No Returns on Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Unwanted items

  • Incorrectly ordered flavors

  • Delayed shipments caused by third-party carriers

We appreciate your understanding, as returned food items cannot be resold or reused for health and safety reasons.

If you receive an order that is:

  • Incorrect (wrong items or missing items),

  • Damaged due to our packaging process,

  • Or does not meet BREOU’s quality standards,
